This page explains how payments are processed, how the Nexus wallet and AI credits work, and our refund and security practices.
Payment processing
We use Cashfree to securely process wallet top-ups and payments. Cashfree handles payment authorization and card processing; Nexus does not store full card details. You will receive a receipt for each transaction.
Wallet, AI credits & services
- Payment flow: Cashfree is used to add money to the Nexus wallet. The wallet balance is then used only to purchase Nexus services, such as AI credits or subscription plans.
- Usage rule: Wallet balance cannot be used for any purpose outside Nexus services. It is specifically intended for buying AI credits, subscription plans, and other services offered by Nexus.
- Conversion rate: The wallet balance is the payment value you add through Cashfree. For AI credits, the rate is 1 ₹ = 100 AI credits. Example: a ₹100 wallet balance corresponds to 10,000 AI credits, and the wallet balance can also be used toward Nexus subscriptions and other Nexus services.
- Non-withdrawable: Funds added to the wallet cannot be withdrawn or cashed out.
- Non-transferable: Wallet balances and service credits are non-transferable between accounts unless explicitly supported by Nexus.
- No refund / no redemption: Wallet top-ups, Nexus balance, AI credits, and subscription purchases are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to any other account or payment method. Once added to the wallet, the balance is only available for purchasing Nexus services.
Security & billing
Payments are processed over encrypted connections by Cashfree. Applicable taxes and fees (if any) will be shown at checkout. Keep your account credentials secure; Nexus is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from compromised credentials.
