These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Nexus CRM's website and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nexus CRM, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the Service
The service is provided to help you manage customer relationships, marketing, and team workflows. You agree to use Nexus CRM only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity performed under your account. Notify Nexus CRM immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Content and Data
You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to Nexus CRM. You grant Nexus CRM a limited license to use that data for providing and improving the service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the service for illegal activities.
- Attempting to access other accounts or systems without permission.
- Interfering with service operation or security.
- Uploading harmful or infringing content.
6. Fees and Payment
Where applicable, service fees must be paid on time. Nexus CRM may suspend access for unpaid accounts according to the agreed pricing plan. Users may add funds to a Nexus wallet using Cashfree. The wallet balance is the payment value credited to the account and may only be used to purchase Nexus services, including subscription plans and AI credits offered by Nexus.
For AI credit usage, the conversion rate is 1 ₹ = 100 AI credits. Example: a ₹100 wallet value corresponds to 10,000 AI credits. Wallet balances are non-withdrawable, non-refundable, and generally non-transferable between accounts.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided "as is" and Nexus CRM disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nexus CRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The wallet balance and any purchased service credits remain limited to Nexus services and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to third parties.
8. Termination
Nexus CRM may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your account access will end and data may be deleted according to the retention policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
